Mexicali, Baja California a martes 18 de Julio del 2023 / Redacción.- Agentes de policía municipal que realizaban operativos preventivos en calles de la colonia Prohogar, realizaron la detención de Raúl Damián “N” de 27 años de edad quien fue intervenido en posesión de un arma de fuego tipo pistola calibre 9mm, un cargador abastecido con 10 cartuchos útiles y un envoltorio de droga sintética “ICE”, como para generar hasta 400 dosis.
La detención se registró durante la mañana del martes cuando los oficiales de seguridad pública realizaron vigilancia estratégica en áreas previamente identificadas como puntos de interés en la citada demarcación, donde intervinieron a una persona que al momento de observar la presencia de la autoridad policial, realizó conductas calificadas como faltas al Bando de Policía y Gobierno de Mexicali.
Tras solicitarle la inspección corporal precautoria se le encontró entre sus pertenencias una bolsa transparente en cuyo interior se resguardaba una sustancia con las características propias de la droga sintética conocida como “ICE”, así mismo, se le encontró un arma de fuego tipo pistola calibre 9mm, la cual contenía un cargador abastecido con 10 cartuchos útiles, por lo que se procedió a su detención.
El hombre fue trasladado a la comandancia central de policía para ser puesto a disposición de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), por delitos en contra de la Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos, además de la posesión de la droga sintética, por lo que será la autoridad federal quien integre las investigaciones correspondientes.
